Design and optimize high-converting landing pages with a focus on UX and CRO to drive client growth.
Responsibilities
- Your mission as our UX/UI Designer (CRO Focus) is to raise conversion rates across our clients’ funnels through world-class, performance-driven design.
- You’ll do this by combining sharp UX judgment, persuasive visual design, and a CRO mindset: auditing experiences, identifying friction, translating insights into clear hypotheses, and designing testable variants and scalable templates that help us ship faster — and learn faster.
- You’ll partner closely with the Performance and Funnels teams to turn data and user behavior into shipped improvements and build a reusable design system that compounds results across accounts.
Requirements
- You have 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or web design
- You’ve designed landing pages for lead generation or eCommerce
- You’re highly proficient in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping, grids)
- You understand how design influences conversion, user behavior, and funnel performance
- You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where ideas quickly move from concept to shipped pages

- Landing Page Design & Optimization
- Audit existing landing pages to identify UX friction, conversion blockers, and design opportunities.
- Design high-converting, mobile-first landing pages and test variants in Figma.
- Translate CRO hypotheses and experiment briefs into clear UI layouts and variants.
- Improve visual hierarchy, messaging clarity, and user flow to increase conversion rates.
- Experimentation & CRO Collaboration
- Work closely with Performance teams to support A/B testing initiatives.
- Design variants for experiments aimed at improving conversion rate and revenue.
- Help translate insights from user behavior (funnels, heatmaps, session recordings) into design improvements.
- Contribute to building scalable testing frameworks and reusable landing page patterns.
- Execution & Collaboration
- Partner with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintain and evolve internal design systems and landing page templates to increase production speed.
- Collaborate with performance team to ensure pages align with campaign goals and user intent.
