Manage client onboarding, delivery, and client relationships to drive business outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager , you’ll own client onboarding, delivery cadence, and cross-functional coordination to drive on-time, on-scope work, client satisfaction/retention, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll be trusted with end-to-end ownership of assigned accounts and supported by Performance, Creative, CRO, and Data to deliver clear visibility, proactive guidance, and smooth launches. This role blends structured planning with hands-on execution and requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline to scale impact across multiple clients and pods.

Requirements

  • Experienced Account Leader
  • 5+ years in account management or client services (ideally in a digital marketing agency or related industry).
  • Clear Communicator
  • Able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Operator
  • Manages multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Relationship-Builder & Retention Driver
  • Proven record of exceptional client service, strong relationships, and driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Bachelor’s-Degreed Professional
  • Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Performance Marketing Practitioner
  • Strong background in performance marketing; solid understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to review performance, discuss strategy, and address questions or concerns.
  • Manage client expectations and foster long-term relationships.
  • Client Onboarding & Activation
  • Lead the onboarding process: gather requirements, set expectations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launches.
  • Strategic Guidance & Recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client goals, objectives, and challenges, providing strategic guidance to drive campaign success.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, copywriters, and analysts to execute campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization
  • Provide regular updates and transparent reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
