Manage B2B customer relationships in the Dutch market for a renewable energy software company to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Dutch market.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
- Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes .
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

- Please note that for this role, C2 Dutch proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
- Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.
- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus).
- Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
