Lead and manage a client acquisition sales team to achieve growth and high performance.
Responsibilities
- • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Client Acquisition Executives to hit and exceed account-opening and deposit targets.
- • Coach the team daily on calls, conversion technique and objection handling, and run regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
- • Track team and individual KPIs daily — calls, account openings, first-time deposits and conversion — and act quickly on the numbers.
- • Allocate leads across the team to maximize conversion, balance workload and maintain fairness.
- • Produce accurate daily and weekly sales reports for senior leadership.
- • Manage daily activity levels and maintain a high-energy, compliant sales floor.
- • Train, mentor and onboard new and developing executives, and address underperformance early.
- • Ensure the team operates within all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- • Proven track record in sales — forex / CFD, financial services, banking, insurance, telesales or call-centre sales — including consistently hitting personal targets.
- • Experience leading, supervising or mentoring a sales team.
- • Strong coaching, motivational and performance-management skills.
- • Confident working with KPIs, CRM data and sales reporting.
- • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- • Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
Nice to have
- • Experience managing a conversion or acquisition desk at a brokerage or financial institution.
- • Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 and trading concepts.
- • A network that can be activated to help recruit experienced sales talent.
- • Additional languages are an advantage but not required.

- We are seeking Team Leaders to support the growth of MultiBank Group’s Client Acquisition team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will lead a team of Client Acquisition Executives, oversee daily sales activity, support lead conversion, and ensure the team delivers a high standard of client engagement.
- You will be responsible for coaching team members, monitoring performance, reviewing KPIs, supporting onboarding, and helping maintain a professional, compliant, and high-performing sales environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong sales experience and the ability to develop and motivate others.
