As Project Manager, you will be a core driver of our program delivery, coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs from early engineering phases through operational deployment.
You are responsible for the meticulous coordination of cross-functional internal teams, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met, and resolving program-level blockers to maintain critical schedules. Your leadership will ensure Harmattan AI's drone programs are delivered on time and on spec.
Delivery Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex drone systems and programs - including hardware and software design and delivery, maintenance, customer services and training activities.
Program Execution: Drive the deliverables across engineering, technical, and operational milestones.
Project Oversight: Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements, ensuring end-to-end delivery success.
Issue & Risk Management: Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative, and manage project risks.
Enabler Identification: Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery or alignment with program goals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Interface with internal engineering teams and external partners/suppliers to align on technical requirements, timelines, and contractual commitments.

Experience in aerospace, defense, or another high-complexity technical industry is a strong plus.
5+ years of experience in project/program management within a technology, engineering, or aerospace sector.
Strong delivery expertise on embedded systems (both hardware and software).
Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and technical deliveries in demanding operational environments is a strong plus.

Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge/disruptive environments.
Experience with contract management, vendor coordination, or technical transition programs is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
