As we embark on this exciting growth phase, we're looking for a Community Manager to help us scale our social presence and create high-performing content.
  • WeMoms is looking for a Community Manager to join our Studio team and play a key role in shaping and growing our social media presence. You will be at the intersection of content strategy and execution , ensuring that our platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) deliver high-performing, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Contribute to building and managing the editorial calendar
  • Propose engaging and potentially viral content concepts
  • Identify and leverage trends (formats, sounds, storytelling angles)
  • Source relevant high-performing content (UGC, videos, trends)
  • Publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Optimize posts based on platform best practices (formats, timing, hooks)
  • Adapt content to evolving algorithms and user behaviors
  • Track content performance (reach, engagement, watch time, etc.)
  • Analyze what works and what doesn’t
  • Provide actionable recommendations (formats, timing, angles)
  • You have a first experience in community management (internship or apprenticeship included)
  • You are highly fluent in social media codes, especially TikTok and Instagram
  • You understand algorithms and engagement mechanics
  • You have a strong instinct for viral content and trends
  • You are curious, proactive, and constantly monitoring trends
  • You are organized and able to manage an editorial calendar
  • You enjoy analyzing performance and extracting insights
  • Native or Bilingual in French
  • Comfortable with creative tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong video editing skills (basic to advanced)
  • Familiar with AI tools for content ideation and optimization
  • Strong creative sensitivity (format, rhythm, storytelling)
