  • Role Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, PACU, and stepdown patient care at SROC. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.
  • Hours: PRN; Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM (hours may vary based on center needs).
  • Potential for part-time or full-time in 6-9 months as center increases case volume.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings
  • Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery
  • Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients
  • Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols
  • Support patient education and post-op instructions
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current RN license (unencumbered)
  • Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
