Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings, supplier consolidation opportunities, and process inefficiencies across hardware, software, and services categories
- Maintain and update procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Support RFP/RFQ processes by collecting and comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications
- Track and report on key procurement KPIs including spend under management, savings realized, and purchase order cycle times
- Coordinate with Finance on purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking
- Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence documentation, and performance scorecards
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting using ERP and analytics tools
- Support contract management activities including tracking renewal dates, compliance milestones, and deliverable schedules
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate hardware and infrastructure requirements into actionable procurement specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Understanding of hardware procurement in data center or hyperscale environments is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure company
- Familiarity with GPU, networking, or data center hardware supply chains
- CPSM or CSCP certification in progress or completed
Conditions
- $75,000 - $85,000
- Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.

- The Procurement Analyst will support the procurement function at a high-growth neocloud company by managing vendor data, analyzing spend, and driving process efficiency. This role is critical in enabling data-driven procurement decisions that support our infrastructure scaling goals.
