Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in a marketplace or platform model where you acquired independent professionals (sellers, agents, doctors, restaurant owners, freelancers, tradespeople etc.).
  • Strong negotiation & objection handling. Real estate agents are independent professionals with strong opinions: they'll push back on commission, pricing, and the model itself. You know how to hold your ground, address concerns with logic and empathy, and turn a skeptical "non merci" into a signed partnership.
  • Exceptionally well-organised. This role means juggling dozens of sourcing processes in parallel, each with a 3-day window. You get pinged constantly on Slack, agents call back while you're mid-task, and nothing waits. You need a real system to keep track of everything and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Resilient and driven. You're energised by the challenge of converting skeptical professionals into long-term partners. When a call doesn't land, you analyse why, adjust, and move on to the next one. You're autonomous and self-motivated, you don't wait for instructions to keep your pipeline moving.
  • Emotionally intelligent. You're talking to independent professionals who are naturally suspicious of platforms. You know how to read the room, adapt your tone, and build trust.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

  • The Account Executive Business team is instrumental in driving Zefir's growth by building and expanding our community of real estate agents. Our mission is to create a unique real estate marketplace that fosters seamless collaboration among professionals.
  • Every mandate Zefir signs with a seller needs a local real estate agent on the ground to handle visits, pricing, negotiation, and closing. The AEB Core Business team is the engine that makes this happen — we source, qualify, onboard, and support the agents who power Zefir's marketplace.
  • Source top-performing agents: Identify and reach out to local real estate agents via outbound calls. Pitch Zefir's mandate delegation model, qualify agents on their track record, and close them on collaboration.
  • Onboard & train agents: Run agent onboarding sessions.
  • Track performance & report: Track weekly KPIs (agents sourced, lead-time, agent churn & other agent-performance-driven KPIs) and contribute to structured team reporting.
  • Manage agent relationships & admin: Handle ongoing agent questions and set-up their profile to ensure they have everything they need to perform.
  • Build network intelligence: Develop deep knowledge of how major agent networks operate, map resistance patterns, and feed strategic insights back to the team.
  • Ensure product adoption: Pitch all available Zefir products to partner agents, starting with publishing their own listings on Zefir.fr to increase visibility.
