Requirements

- Top-tier background : Investment Banking (IB), top consulting firms, or leading tech companies.
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships / sales / business development , ideally in SaaS or AI.
- Strong track record of closing and scaling multi-million dollar deals .
- Experience working with international markets .
- Exceptional negotiation, structuring, and storytelling skills .
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals .
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to build and scale processes from 0→1 .
- Fluent English and Russian (required).
- Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong plus.

- Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with international partners.
- Build and scale a high-impact partnerships pipeline across key markets.
- Own revenue targets and consistently deliver against multi-million dollar goals.
- Structure complex deals, pilots, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Design partnership models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders (C-level, founders, operators).
- Drive expansion, upsell, and new revenue streams within existing accounts.
- Manage high-intensity, vendor-heavy relationships.
- Lead negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure smooth ongoing collaboration.
- Create scalable processes for partnerships, sales, and account management.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships team over time.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
- Bring structured market feedback into product development and positioning.
