Responsible for owning and closing complex mid-market and enterprise healthcare deals for an AI interviewing platform in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex mid-market and enterprise healthcare deals across 3-6 month sales cycles
  • Build pipeline through traditional and creative methods, developing relationships with hospital and healthcare leaders
  • Navigate multi-threaded buying groups through pilots and procurement to drive revenue
  • Shape the sales engine - refining ICP, messaging, and process as we scale

Requirements

  • You have a track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals in the $100k+ ACV range with consistent quota attainment
  • You've owned full-cycle sales, including self-sourced pipeline and conference-based selling
  • You can smoothly navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and procurement processes
  • You are confident working with limited process or infrastructure (and excited to help us build it out as we grow)
  • You have comprehensive Sales discipline, including accurate forecasting, rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred), and thoughtful use of sales technology and AI to improve efficiency and execution
