Requirements
- 5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows .
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end —from strategy through delivery.
- Strong technical fluency ; able to engage engineers on APIs, integrations, systems tradeoffs, and AI-powered workflows.
- Excellent customer-facing skills —adept at embedding with users, conducting research, and translating insights into solutions.
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environments .
Nice to have
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered products in production.
- Domain expertise in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or enterprise operations .
- Prior customer-facing experience in deployment strategy, solutions engineering, or consulting .
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph) or workflow orchestration tools.
- Strong product instincts with a bias toward experimentation and iteration .

Our Product Managers sit at the intersection of deep technical problem solving and customer-centric discovery .
- As a Product Manager at Mandolin, you’ll own core modules of our platform while also embedding with customers to understand their most complex workflows. You’ll translate those insights into AI-driven solutions that are reliable, intuitive, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role that will shape both Mandolin’s product and the way healthcare organizations operate.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.
- Partner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points.
- Translate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design.
- Drive the full product lifecycle —discovery, design, launch, and iteration—balancing speed with long-term scalability.
- Define and track success metrics using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs while aligning with Mandolin’s broader company strategy.
