• Lead Innovation : You will lead a Core Modelling team, building the foundational CAD engine that defines the Shapr3D user experience across all platforms.
• Shape a Critical Growth Phase: As we redefine enterprise relationships and scale globally, you will actively contribute to our strategic growth in a $70B+ market.
• Impact Industries Globally: Drive the evolution of a product used by innovative engineering, design, and manufacturing teams worldwide, empowering industries that shape 16% of the global GDP.
• Regularly review and challenge engineering design documents, fostering an environment of collaborative problem-solving.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on continuously delivering world-class products to our customers.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution as an integral part of the Engineering Leadership Team.
• Act as a role model, championing leadership behaviors and cultivating a motivated, high-achieving team culture.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team.
• Deep understanding across a wide spectrum of software engineering fundamentals (computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms).
• Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams.
• Hands-on C++ development experience.
• A product-first mindset, driven by user needs and data, with a commitment to continuous learning and ownership.
• Experience with CAD is a significant advantage.
• Core CAD Engine: C++20
• iPadOS/macOS: Swift
• Windows: C# and XAML (UWP)
• Rendering Engine: Metal APIs on Apple devices, DirectX11 on Windows
