Responsibilities

  • We are hiring our first Business Development Representative — a foundational and high-visibility hire within the Growth organization. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic, industry-facing role focused on helping Terra AI build meaningful relationships and commercial presence across the global mineral exploration ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to build trust and communicate effectively across technical and commercial audiences
  • Ability to professionally represent Terra AI across industry interactions
  • Strong learning agility and comfort engaging with technical subject matter
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events
