Responsibilities
- Be the first dedicated ops hire - build everything from scratch
- Design how a modern, AI-native company operates at scale
- Touch every part of the business - from strategic planning to daily execution
- Work directly with leadership on the highest-leverage problems
- Clear path to Chief Operating Officer as we grow
- Architect the company operating system - OKRs, dashboards, rituals, and planning cycles
- Be the cross-functional glue helping teams move faster with fewer bottlenecks
- Stand up core systems - HR, payroll, legal, compliance, contractor management
- Build agentic workflows and tools that eliminate manual work
- Lead special projects from new product launches to international expansion
Requirements
