Lead operations to build systems and scale an AI-native company, working closely with leadership and driving strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first dedicated ops hire - build everything from scratch
  • Design how a modern, AI-native company operates at scale
  • Touch every part of the business - from strategic planning to daily execution
  • Work directly with leadership on the highest-leverage problems
  • Clear path to Chief Operating Officer as we grow
  • Architect the company operating system - OKRs, dashboards, rituals, and planning cycles
  • Be the cross-functional glue helping teams move faster with fewer bottlenecks
  • Stand up core systems - HR, payroll, legal, compliance, contractor management
  • Build agentic workflows and tools that eliminate manual work
  • Lead special projects from new product launches to international expansion
