- Product & Strategy Leadership - Shape and influence product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making, ensuring design is a core driver in how we build products in the AI era
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership to define solutions and priorities, ensuring strong alignment between user needs, business goals, and learning outcomes
- Design Craft and Execution - Own the end-to-end design quality and user experience, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities while working hands-on to prototype, experiment, and drive meaningful change
- Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers, building a high-performing design function that raises the bar on quality and impact
- AI & Ways of Working Transformation - Build and evolve scalable design practices and AI-enabled ways of working, increasing team efficiency, speed, and product quality
- An experienced product design leader with a product-first mindset - able to think beyond design craft, identify high-impact opportunities, and prioritise based on user and business value
- Deep passion for AI, with a drive to actively explore, challenge, and redefine how AI transforms product development, design roles, and ways of working
