Drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach to talent acquisition leaders for a fast-growing AI SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team and fuel Juicebox’s next stage of growth.
  • You’ll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - crafting strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners.
  • This isn’t a cookie-cutter SDR role. You’ll:
  • Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
  • Help refine our outbound playbook alongside our AEs
  • Get in early on a company that’s 10x’d revenue in the last 12 months and has more demand than we can handle
  • We’re seeing strong pull from both in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies — and many of our thousands of customers are ready for expansion.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to TA / HR personas
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team <5
  • Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments (e.g., free sign-ups, trials)

Conditions

  • $70K–$90K base salary, based on experience
  • $110 - $130K OTE
  • Uncapped commission, driven through qualified meetings booked quota

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment
  • Love testing new strategies and learning from the data
  • Have experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
  • Are located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)
