Senior engineering individual contributor leading codebase and shaping architecture in a fast-growing AI SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • We're looking to add a strong senior IC who can take over major parts of the codebase and help maintain technical velocity as we scale. This person will work closely with the founders, act as a high-trust reviewer, and raise the bar for engineering quality and speed. You’ll shape architectural decisions and mentor teammates — without needing to manage people. Perfect for someone who wants autonomy, impact, and to be part of a tight, flat org shipping fast.

  • You have hands-on experience building features / leading projects from scratch
  • You have a deep understanding of systems and infrastructure
  • You have experience with JS frameworks and full-stack web apps
  • You’ve been in fast-paced startup environments
  • You’re good at (1) learning things quickly and (2) getting things done.
  • You've shown excellence: be it in your education, work experiences, projects, or anything else you can share.
  • You’re good at communication and enjoy working in person.
