- As an Inside Sales Representative, your mission is simple (and exciting): Turn inbound demo requests into happy Lemlist customers. You’ll engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and showcase how Lemlist can solve their challenges.
- 🔥 Own Inbound Leads: Handle a high volume of inbound demo requests and guide prospects from first call to close.
- 🧠 Sell Consultatively: Run tailored product demos, uncover real pain points, and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Hit (and Beat) Targets: Close deals with an average deal size of €1,500 ARR and drive real revenue impact.
- 📊 Manage Your Pipeline: Keep the CRM clean, follow up like a pro, and keep communication smooth and human.
