Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- A Technical "Spike": You have deep, Senior/Staff level expertise in EITHER : Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You understand the Virtual DOM, state management complexities, and CSS architecture.
- Backend: Strong systems design skills, API architecture, database optimization, and scalable infrastructure.
- Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily. You care about the "why" as much as the "how."
- Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
- Agency & Ownership: You thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec.
