Other
- Panora is building a suite of AI-powered agents for insurance brokers: a highly regulated and operationally complex industry.
- Our ambition: become the AI Operating System for brokers in Europe, automating high-friction workflows while improving compliance, advisory quality, and client relationships.
- The product is already live with brokerage firms across France and Belgium, with AI assistants in production (quotation automation, contract comparison, coverage analysis, compliance checks, document generation…).
- Panora enables brokers to save hours every week, reduce analysis time by up to 70%, and focus on what truly matters: advising their clients.
- Founded by Diane, ex-VC with a strong operational background, and Fabian, repeat founder and product-driven AI engineer, Panora is backed by Hexa (formerly eFounders), the startup studio behind Aircall, Spendesk, and Front.
- We are entering a key phase of scaling and industrializing our AI platform.
- We're now looking for builders who want to work at the intersection of insurance operations, product, and AI.
- Insurance is complex, operational, and full of nuance: it cannot be designed through abstraction alone.
- As our Product Designer, you will work directly with brokers, founders, and AI systems to help translate real-world insurance workflows into interfaces that actually work in practice.
- This role is not for you if you're looking for a traditional design role focused on pixel-pushing or visual polish alone.
- You will help shape how insurance knowledge is structured, displayed, and used inside an AI-native product.
- We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity and wants to help build an AI-native product in a highly operational industry.
- You're a doer.
- You have experience designing UX and UI for software products
- You are expert using Figma as your primary design tool
- Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end
- Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
- An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details
- Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to articulate nuanced design decisions
- You're an explorer and don't mind getting out of your comfort zone
- You are comfortable with feedback and committed to continually exploring alternative solutions
- You don't need to be an expert on insurance, but you need to be motivated by the mission
