- Shepherd new users from signup through initial value achievement, building confidence and removing friction points.
- Guide customers from trial to paid status while demonstrating ROI and ensuring sustained value.
- Execute creative market engagement through events, webinars, customer advocacy, and outreach strategies.
- Own outcomes across GTM, operations, product, and hiring, launching manual experiments before scaling.
- 2+ years customer-facing experience in consulting, startups, sales, or customer success
- Strong communication skills connecting features to business outcomes
- Low ego with ambitious, gritty mentality; high bias toward action
- Active AI power user leveraging technology for 10x productivity
- Coachable with rapid learning velocity
- Commitment to in-person London office collaboration with international travel capability
