Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Visual Design or related field.
- Experience : 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, Product Designer Intern, Graphic & Web Designer or closely related position.
- Special Skills : 3 years experience with each of the following: user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design; designing for both web and mobile platforms; collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, QA); using analytics and behavioral-insight tools; designing responsive web applications; and modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite. The position also requires knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
Conditions
- $140,000 to $ 180,000 Per Year

- Design and develop user interfaces and digital product flows, including wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI specifications for web and mobile applications. Lead the entire product design lifecycle: gather requirements, conduct user research and usability testing, synthesize user feedback and analytics, iterate on design, and deliver production-ready designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, design strategy, and roadmap. Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable UI across multiple products and platforms.
