Responsibilities
- This company is looking for a reliable, polished German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their customer care team — and they need someone who can hit the ground running.
- You'll be handling customer enquiries in German, resolving issues with care and professionalism, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best. This is a role for someone who is not just comfortable in a customer-facing position, but who takes genuine pride in doing it well.
- Reliability and strong written German are non-negotiable. If you show up, communicate clearly, and care about quality — this is a great fit.
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and other written channels — professionally and promptly — in German
- Resolving issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency
- Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company's standards and brand voice
- Identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the broader team
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; all customer communication is in German
- Proven customer service experience — you've done this before and you're good at it
- Excellent written German — clear, professional, and warm; this will be assessed during the interview process
- Reliable and consistent — you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism
- Comfortable working remotely and independently within a structured team environment
- Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri)
