Other
- Mondoo is creating security experiences that companies leverage to keep their users and data safe from hackers around the world.
- We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who explores wide, decides clearly, and helps build the thing — not just in Figma, but in production.
- You'll partner with product, engineering, and leadership to push past obvious answers, prototype real ideas, and turn the best direction into shipped craft. This isn't a hand-off role. It's a "let's actually build it" role — with components, design system work, and real code happening alongside the design itself.
- This is a high-impact IC reporting to our CPO and co-founder. You'll shape how design shows up across a product that protects some of the world's most critical systems — and how our team builds it.
- Champion our design principles in all of your work.
- Explore broadly before converging. Diverge on layout, structure, and approach — then pick a direction and commit
- Lead design on core platform initiatives from concept through craft
- Translate dense technical workflows into experiences humans can actually understand
- Partner with engineers to prototype real interactions — in code, not just clickable Figma
- Build and extend our design system in production , using tools like Claude Code alongside engineering
- Challenge the conventional answer when it isn't the right one. Quietly, with better work
- Raise the bar for the whole team through what you ship
- 6-ish years of product design experience, ideally with time spent at early-stage or fast-moving startups.
- A considered portfolio with zoomed-in detail and zoomed-out strategy.
- Craft obsession: Strong command of design foundations like typography, space, color theory, as well as UX clarity, and micro-interaction care.
- Comfort prototyping with code. You're not afraid to open a terminal, work next to engineers, or use AI tooling like Claude Code to ship real components
- A bias toward building. You don't think the design is done when the Figma is
- Strong inclination toward collaboration , comfort operating independently and remotely
- The ability to tell stories, and push past the obvious
- Experience designing for technical audiences a plus (developers, security engineers, DevOps)
- Figma mastery — it's our tool of choice, but increasingly not the only one
- Speak the web — read HTML and CSS without flinching. Inspect and edit a page comfortably. If you can write some, even better. If you've shipped real code, better still.
