- At Rohlik , supply chain doesn’t stop at availability. It also means building the logistics network that gets products where they need to be — reliably, efficiently and at the right cost.
- As we grow across Europe, this becomes a bigger and more strategic challenge. That’s why we’re looking for a Logistics Network Manager who will help design, optimise and continuously improve the logistics flows behind the business.
- This is a group-level role with broad impact across markets. You’ll help shape how goods move from suppliers to GBO, into fulfilment centres, and across internal warehouse transfers — while making sure the right logistics partners, flows and terms are in place for scale.
- You’ll work on group-wide logistics design, not just one local transport setup.
- You’ll help shape the network that supports Rohlik’s growth across multiple countries.
- You’ll own tenders, optimise transport paths, and build the supplier/carrier setup for the future.
- You’ll work with real business complexity — multi-node flows, multiple temperature regimes, cross-border operations.
- This is a role with strong strategic impact, but also plenty of hands-on work with suppliers, data and real decisions.
- As Logistics Network Manager , you will own the design and optimisation of logistics flows across the Group.
- You will:
- Build and continuously improve logistics flows from suppliers to Rohlik, through GBO, into FCs, and across inter-warehouse transfers
- Ensure the network is designed for speed, resilience, cost-efficiency and scalability
- Review and optimise transport paths, node logic and load balancing across the network
- Prepare and run RFQs / tenders for logistics operations and transport services
- Select and help set up the right external logistics partners and carrier mix
- Lead carrier negotiations and contract discussions
- Review transport setups including Incoterms, responsibilities and supplier-side logistics arrangements
- Oversee inbound and outbound transport flows across ambient, chilled and frozen regimes
- Monitor truck utilisation, transport cost, OTIF and other logistics KPIs
- Identify opportunities for route consolidation, backhauls and network savings
- Build models, simulations and business cases to support network changes and infrastructure expansion
- Use logistics data, market intelligence and operational feedback to refresh the network strategy
- Support capital planning and automation decisions with clear analysis and recommendations
- Partner with Finance, Real Estate, GBO Operations, FC Inbound, IT/WMS and other stakeholders
- Support rollout of new network configurations through clear implementation and transition plans
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics / transportation management , ideally in FMCG, retail or e-commerce
- Strong experience with tender management, carrier negotiations and logistics contract setup
- Good understanding of logistics network design , transport optimisation and multi-temperature operations
- Experience mapping complex flows across suppliers, warehouses and internal transfers
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and supplier logistics setups
- Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel required; SQL / BI tools are a plus
- Experience with WMS systems and EDI processes
- Fluent English; Czech/Slovak is a strong advantage
- Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly.
- Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work.
- Life, not just work - You’ll have real flexibility – three days in the office, 2 days Home Office where it suits you. And unlimited paid vacation based on trust.
- Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact.
- Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one.
- Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria.
- Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz .
- Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card .
- A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together.
- If this sounds like you… You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done. Ready to bake something great with us?
