Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience with mobile apps or games
- Proficient in Meta, Google Ads, and DSP platforms
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention
- Experience with tracking tools (Adjust / AppsFlyer)
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and set up tests
- Knowledge of creative patterns in gaming
- Familiarity with AI tools in work processes
