Firebird is an international travel company managing 50+ travel brands worldwide, seeking a Middle or Senior SEO Specialist to grow organic traffic and sales with opportunities for career growth in SEO and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
- Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
- Troubleshoot and solve SEO traffic and ranking problems, including dealing with major Google algorithm changes and shifts in the competitor landscape.
- Perform technical SEO audits of our websites following the best practices related with website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, handling errors and redirects.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO news and trends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO.
- Firm knowledge of search engine optimization practices (including on-page and off-page SEO).
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and experience with Looker Studio.
- Confidence in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeedInsights.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with site migrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JS.
