Responsibilities
- As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading a team responsible for developing and managing a Kubernetes-based infrastructure solution, integrated with KubeVirt for virtual machine management, across multiple hardware providers.
- You will collaborate with development teams, hardware provider’s representatives, and product managers to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions that provide compute resources to our clients.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive innovation, ensure platform reliability, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles with a focus on cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and virtualization
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s), containerization (Docker), and orchestration
- Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with container runtimes, network policies, and service meshes (e.g., Istio)
- Strong leadership and team management skills (2+ years), with a proven ability to mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent russian & english
