Responsibilities
- Build systems that take an idea and media as input, analyze and structure content, orchestrate AI agents, generate narrative logic, select visuals/music, apply rhythm-based editing logic, and produce structured video outputs.
- Work on pipelines involving AI agents, multimodal processing, creative decision-making, video logic, and orchestration systems.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with n8n.
- Understanding of AI agents, tool-calling, and orchestration.
- Ability to quickly integrate APIs.
- Proficient in practical Python and JavaScript.
- Creative intuition with pragmatic thinking ('vibe coding' mindset).
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, music structure, timing, montage logic, and emotional impact of edits.
- Ability to critically evaluate video cuts and know how to fix them.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Knowledge of FFmpeg.
- Familiarity with ComfyUI.
- Experience with vector DB / Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Conditions
