We are looking for a Head of Promoters to manage and scale the promoter team for player acquisition at Hattori, a crypto/web3 project, with a flexible full-time remote role.
Responsibilities
- find and build a team of Brand Promoters
- manage promoters, oversee their work and KPIs
- keep spreadsheets and reports
- own the workflow and organization
- help the team hit player acquisition goals
- You'll be a key part of bringing new players into the project.
Conditions
- Full-time, remote, flexible schedule, ~8 hours a day.
- Salary: from $400 to $2000/month
- Payouts twice a month.
- Income consists of: fixed base, KPI bonuses for your promoter team's results, income from the referral system
