Lead the commercial go-to-market strategy and execution for expansion in North America, focusing on licensing, customer satisfaction, retention, account management, and B2B entry.
Responsibilities
- State Licensing: Initiate and advance licensing in at least 3 additional US states to drive measurable TAM expansion.
- Customer Satisfaction (NPS): Complete a full diagnostic within 90 days and launch an improvement plan that delivers measurable positive movement.
- Retention: Conduct root cause analysis on cancellation rates and implement at least two key retention levers.
- Account Management Model: Assess the existing US model and deliver an optimization plan with evidenced implementation progress.
- B2B / ITA: Deliver a go/no-go recommendation for our B2B entry and, if approved, build the first-entry framework.
- Market Intelligence: Establish a structured cadence for competitive and customer insights, reporting directly to the Country Lead and HQ.

- We’re looking for a GTM Lead to join our team and embark on this journey with us. This is a high-visibility, senior individual contributor role acting as the primary commercial driver on the ground, with a direct path to leadership as we expand into Canada.
- Your core objective is to move five strategic mandates from diagnosis to tangible outcomes within 12 months. You aren't just delivering recommendations; you are building the structures that will define our success in the region.
- Experience: 8+ years in commercial, strategy, or biz dev, including 2-3 years in a startup/scale-up context.
- Execution Focus: A proven track record of building and scaling new geographies or business lines in a D2C context.
- Ambiguity Management: The ability to operate in low-structure environments and produce tangible outcomes (not just slide decks).
- Global Mindset: Experience working across time zones with non-US HQs (preferred experience with European companies).
- Structured Problem-Solving: Independent diagnosis and response building.
- Autonomous Execution: A strong bias toward delivery and "doing" over pure analysis.
- Commercial Instinct: The ability to identify growth opportunities independently.
- Exceptional Communication: Highly calibrated for HQ, peers, and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Disciplined management of parallel initiatives with clear accountability.
