• As our Head of Facilities , you will play a key role in ensuring our fulfillment centers operate safely , efficiently, and reliably every day. You will lead facility management across our sites , support and develop local facility teams, and drive improvements that enable our operations to scale.
• You will work closely with Procurement, Safety, and Operations teams to create smart, cost-effective solutions, maintain high compliance standards, and ensure our facilities are always ready to support our fast-growing business.
• This role covers two fulfillment centers , requiring regular travel between our Biatorbágy and Budapest 10th district locations.
• Flexibility and willingness to commute between both sites are essential for success in this position.
• Own facility uptime, safety, and compliance across all regional sites.
• Lead local facility teams and ensures consistent application of group standards.
• Partner with procurement and suppliers to manage contracts and services.
• Provide input to expansion and renovation projects.
• Tracks KPIs for utilities, maintenance costs, and facility-related incidents.
• Ensures documentation, audits, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Drives continuous improvement in facility services and reliability.
• 5+ years in facility management or operations leadership.
• Proven multi-site or regional management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, utilities, and technical operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
