Senior leadership role focused on scaling and structuring revenue growth at Gladia, an audio AI infrastructure company.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B revenue leadership, with a track record of scaling a company through a comparable ARR band
  • You've personally carried and closed complex enterprise deals — and you're credible with technical buyers (CTOs, engineering and product leaders), not just procurement.
  • At ease across the full deal spectrum — from self-serve and SMB transactions to six- and seven-figure enterprise contracts .
  • Experience selling into both private and public sectors, comfortable with the longer cycles, procurement and compliance the latter demands.
  • You've owned more than sales: you've run or worked hand-in-glove with customer success and partnerships, and you grasp the role solutions / forward-deployed engineering plays in landing technical accounts. This role spans the full revenue org, so a pure sales background isn't enough.
  • You've recruited and led teams , ideally internationally (in French & US territories).
  • You're equally a 0 → 1 builder: you've created a function, a channel or a process from a blank page — not only optimized what already worked.
  • Sharp and highly organized — you bring operational rigor: clean pipeline, reliable forecasts, and processes the team can actually run on.

Nice to have

  • You've monetized a usage-based / consumption model.
  • You've built a partnerships / distribution channel from scratch at an earlier-stage company.
  • You've worked alongside (or stood up) a solutions / forward-deployed engineering function.
  • Experience in audio / voice AI, ML infrastructure, developer tools or API businesses.

Other

  • Gladia builds the audio AI infrastructure behind the new generation of voice products. Our mission is to give every voice platform true conversational intelligence — the audio infrastructure that understands every conversation, turning voice into the world's most valuable data layer.
  • Our API turns r eal-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR , across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency.
  • Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard).
  • Headquartered in vibrant tech hubs like Paris and New York City, Gladia has entered exclusive negotiations to be acquired by OVH Groupe — Europe's leading cloud provider — with the plan for Gladia to operate as a fully autonomous brand and company .
  • We're guided by four values :
  • Honest — Say the real thing, kindly.
  • Smart — Work smart, ship fast.
  • Builders — Own your scope, build to last.
  • Caring — Support people, take pride in the craft.
  • You'd get th e independence and pace of a startup, backed by the balance sheet, infrastructure and distribution reach of a major group . This role reports directly to Gladia's COO.
  • We're scaling from an early product-led traction phase into a structured, predictable growth engine — and we're hiring the leader who will own that transition end to end.
  • Own and scale Gladia's entire revenue engine from single-digit millions to tens of millions in ARR. That means more than closing deals. You'll own the full commercial system — sales, partnerships, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering — and you'll build the team, the process and the operating rhythm that make that growth repeatable rather than heroic. You'll inherit traction and a strong product; your job is to turn it into a machine. With OVH Groupe behind us, you're not racing to the next round — you're building for durable, predictable growth, with the resources to do it properly.
  • This is a turnaround-and-scale role. You diagnose what's holding the current team back, fix what's broken, level up, hire what's missing, and personally carry the most strategic deals while you're doing it.
  • Distributed across Paris & NYC.
  • 1 Head of Sales
  • 4 Account Executives
  • 2 SDRs
  • 2 Forward-Deployed Engineers
  • 1 Customer Success
  • 1 RevOps (reporting to Operations)
  • Revenue strategy & GTM. Define a repeatable go-to-market across both motions that matter for an API business: developer / product-led adoption and enterprise sales. Own segmentation, pricing (in partnership with Finance), and a forecast leadership can be trusted.
  • Enterprise sales. Lead from the front on our largest, most complex deals — multi-stakeholder, technical buying committees, long cycles. Build the playbook (MEDDICC or equivalent) and coach the team on it rather than just preaching it.
  • Partnerships & ecosystem. Design and stand up the strategy partnership: cloud marketplaces, integrators, CPaaS and platform partners in the voice/AI ecosystem. You define what this channel even is for Gladia — its scope, its first partners, and the model for turning it into real revenue. And you get a head start few revenue leaders are ever handed: distribution through OVHcloud's platform and customer base — yours to build and exploit as you see fit.
  • Customer success & expansion. Own net revenue retention and expansion.
  • Forward-deployed engineering . Turn FDE into a core lever of the sales strategy — embedded in deal strategy and closing — and build out a complete catalog of service offerings around it.
  • Process audit. Audit every commercial process end to end and instrument the funnel that makes the whole engine measurable and predictable.
  • Leading the team. Managing & scaling a high-ownership international revenue org distributed across Paris and New York.
  • This role is ideally based in Paris where you can work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
  • A health insurance (100% coverage) and a pension contract with SideCare for you & your family
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Lunch vouchers (approx. 200€/month)
  • An allowance of 360 euros/year for your sports activities
  • An allowance of 300 euros for your workstation
  • Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join.
  • We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested please apply through our careers portal.
