- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps
- Proficient in Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads (obligatory)
- Knowledge of Twitter, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat (optional)
- Understanding of advertising platforms and unit economics
- Experience with install tracking and MMPs like AppsFlyer
- Fluent in Russian, English B1+
