Product Analyst role in a remote team at United Tech, focusing on data analysis to optimize game monetization, retention, and player behavior insights for popular mobile games used globally.

Responsibilities
- Monitor in-game user actions and journey funnels to uncover insights and player patterns.
- Analyze and optimize monetization models (IAP, ads) and retention KPIs.
- Build intuitive dashboards and regular reports to track key performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for gameplay features, UI elements, and marketing strategies.
- Develop predictive models for user lifetime value (LTV), churn, and engagement.
- Work closely with UX/UI designer, product manager, and marketing to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with the data engineer to ensure data quality, pipelines, and storage are optimized.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a data analyst in mobile games, apps, or related digital products.
- Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, or Amplitude).
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings clearly to non-technical teams.
- Understanding of game economy, user acquisition, and live ops metrics.
- Experience in product research and A/B test setup & analysis.
- Proficient in Python (experience with statistical modeling and tools like R is a plus).
- Experience building predictive models such as LTV forecasting.
- Passion for games, interactive storytelling, and player-centered experiences.
