  • Their platform combines smart payment routing, proprietary anti-fraud systems, and advanced cascading logic, purpose-built for high-risk merchants operating across Europe, LATAM, and Africa.
  • To execute this ambition, they're looking for a true sales leader to own growth in the region.
  • The Role
  • As VP Sales LatAm , you will fully own revenue growth and market expansion across Latin America. This is not a pipeline-management role - this is about owning strategy, deals, and results .
  • You will work directly with founders and have real influence over product, risk, and operational decisions.
  • Key Objectives (First 6–12 Months)
  • Launch active processing with 2 of the top 5 iGaming merchants in key LATAM markets (local, European, and Asian operators).
  • Enter the Forex vertical by onboarding 5 clients from the regional top-15.
  • Reach $20M in monthly processing volume.
  • What they’re looking for:
  • 6+ years of experience in iGaming, Forex, or high-risk fintech.
  • Proven track record selling to or managing LATAM-based merchants.
  • Deep understanding of the offshore ecosystem: payments, risk, chargebacks, licensing constraints.
  • Established personal network and reputation among operators and merchants.
  • Strategic, structured thinker with strong communication skills and executive presence.
