Implement and support Duna's product by working closely with customers, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to improve implementation and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
- Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts
- Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
- Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes

- Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa
- Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you help customers succeed.
