- 3+ years of UA experience in mobile games or apps
- Experience building UA processes from scratch
- Deep understanding of USA and LATAM markets
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with data and predictions
- Fluent English; fluent Russian is a strong plus
