Responsibilities
- Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support senior leadership, specifically our Chief People and Experience Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. - Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Support cross-functional projects and help manage follow-up on key initiatives.
- Organize team events, leadership meetings, and executive offsites.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.

- 5+ years of executive support experience supporting senior-level leaders.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
