- As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
- Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
- Collect and record data on child's progress
- Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in early intervention
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Active CPR certification
- Active RBT certification
