Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in dietary supplements, functional health, longevity, or adjacent consumer health categories.
- Strong understanding of health, wellness, biohacking, or longevity markets .
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, partnerships, or distribution development .
- Experience building and managing customer portfolios and long-term relationships.
- Ability to develop structured commercial strategies and execute them independently.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role that includes field sales and customer acquisition .

- We are building the category leader in anti-PFAS gut health . Our flagship product, is a probiotic designed to help remove PFAS and other persistent toxins from the body—an issue increasingly recognized across health, longevity, and occupational exposure communities.
- We are seeking a Sales Leader to lead commercial expansion in the United States and broader Americas region. This role will own customer acquisition, partnerships, and distribution strategy.
- This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in early-stage growth environments. You will be responsible for building the initial sales engine—developing market penetration strategies, establishing distribution partnerships, and personally driving customer acquisition in key segments.
- Success in this role means establishing us as the leading anti-PFAS supplement brand in the U.S. , building a strong portfolio of customers and partners, and laying the commercial foundation for future growth.
- Lead commercial expansion in the United States
- Develop and execute structured market penetration plans targeting priority customer segments.
- Identify and prioritize beachhead segments including firefighters, biohackers, and longevity-focused consumers.
- Drive direct customer acquisition through field sales, partnerships, and distribution relationships.
- Build, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key customers and commercial partners.
- Maintain daily dialogue with new and existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with distributors and strategic partners.
- Develop relationships with relevant organizations and service providers (e.g., diagnostics partners).
- Own CRM management and reporting (HubSpot currently implemented).
- Track sales performance, pipeline development, and commercial progress.
- Hire and manage initial commercial team members as the organization scales.
