Responsible for building and expanding Eye's MSP partner network in Germany by identifying, onboarding, and supporting partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in Germany.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, developing long-term relationships based on trust.
  • Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure mutual growth.
  • Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and expanding partnerships, either by working directly with managed service providers (MSPs), developing a partner ecosystem, or driving new business in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset.
  • Background in software or SaaS sales, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German, with good command of English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Germany.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s German managed service provider (MSP) partner network. You will identify, sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Benelux market with entrepreneurial drive.
