  • Join us to help build and automate the systems that power smarter, faster go-to-market execution across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. What you will be doing
  • Learn to support the setup and maintenance of workflows across our CRM and GTM tools, with guidance from the team.
  • Use AI tools (like Claude) to automate repetitive tasks, summarize data, and speed up manual processes.
  • Help maintain clean, reliable data across our systems so the team can trust what they're looking at.
  • Assist in building and testing simple automations, such as trigger-based workflows, notifications, and reporting.
  • Document workflows and processes clearly so they can be maintained and improved over time.
  • Flag broken or inefficient processes and take initiative in proposing fixes, even when not asked.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand pain points and, with support, translate them into practical automations.
  • Continuously learn new tools and AI capabilities relevant to GTM, and bring what you learn back to the team.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience or academic exposure to marketing, sales, business operations, or a related field. A genuine interest in the space and a willingness to learn is what matters most.
  • AI-Native Habits: Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) in daily life, studies, or personal projects to solve problems, speed up tasks, or explore new ideas.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator, comfortable explaining your thinking and asking questions when something is unclear.
  • Organizational Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, or projects in parallel.
  • Coachability: A track record of taking feedback well and quickly applying it to improve.
  • Nice to have
  • Exposure to no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Any personal projects involving automation, AI tools, or data.
  • Basic exposure to SQL or scripting.
