Experienced Business Development Manager for payment methods onboarding in Turkey for fintech/PSP clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Turkish payment methods: Local bank acquiring
- Cross-border acquiring
- Alternative payment methods (APMs)
- Wallet-based solutions (e.g., Papara-like models)
- Fast transfers / QR solutions / P2P structures
- Negotiate commercial terms (MDR, rolling reserves, settlement cycles)
- Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flows
- Assess AML, compliance, and operational risks
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams during integrations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships in Turkey
- Monitor regulatory and market changes
- Optimize cost of processing and approval rates
Nice to have
- Experience launching payment infrastructure from scratch
- Experience working in international corporate structures

- 3+ years in PSP / payments / fintech
- Proven experience onboarding Turkish payment methods
- Strong understanding of: Acquirer MDR
- Scheme fees (Visa / Mastercard)
- Cross-border fees
- FX costs
- 3DS flows
- Experience working with iGaming merchants
- Strong local network in Turkey
- Deep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscape
- Experience with high-risk or crypto PSPs
- Understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes
