• As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

• Have relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
• Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches.
• Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes
• Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.
• Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients
• Can independently lead a project, client discussions and workshop presentation.
• Have a good understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations
• Are hands-on experience in performance marketing or content marketing is a plus.
• Have experience working at a marketing agency is a huge plus
• Have experience in B2B marketing a huge plus
