Requirements
- 4+ years in paid acquisition for B2C consumer apps
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on with TikTok Ads and Google campaigns
- Mobile app install and subscription experience
- Strong analytical skills (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Real attribution experience with MMPs
- Experience using AI tools in work
- Fluent English
