Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
  • Strong portfolio showing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
  • Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
  • Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
