Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
- Strong portfolio showing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
- Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
- Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands

- Ensure consistency across digital, social, product, print, and performance creatives
- Lead, mentor, and review work from designers and creative contributors
- Set a high bar for craft, speed, and execution under tight timelines
- Give clear, actionable feedback and guide the team toward better outcomes
- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scale
- Partner closely with growth, product, and leadership teams on key initiatives
- Use performance data and feedback to iterate and improve creative output
- Stay current with design, branding, and content trends to keep the brand fresh
- Care deeply about visual storytelling, clarity, and brand consistency
- Are hands-on and comfortable moving fast without sacrificing quality
- Lead confidently while staying close to the work
