Manage and build a remote outbound sales team focused on appointment generation for a home renovation company.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone who can build and manage a low-cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with local US homeowners.
  • This role is responsible for the entire outbound process, including hiring agents, training them, sourcing homeowner data, creating outreach processes, managing performance, and improving results.
  • You will not be the primary caller. Your job is to build and manage the team that does the calling.
  • Recruit, hire, and train outbound sales representatives
  • Build a high-performing team using lower-cost remote talent
  • Ensure agents sound professional and can effectively communicate with U.S. homeowners
  • Create scripts, call flows, and training materials
  • Source homeowner data and prospect lists
  • Identify and manage lead sources and data providers
  • Monitor team performance and appointment generation
  • Coach underperforming agents and improve results
  • Manage schedules, coverage, and daily operations
  • Track KPIs and report results to management

Requirements

  • Experience working in home services (roofing, remodeling, restoration, HVAC, solar, windows, landscaping, etc.)
  • Experience managing outbound sales or appointment-setting teams
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing lower-cost remote teams
  • Experience sourcing homeowner leads and prospect lists
  • Strong sales management and coaching skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Available during U.S. business hours

  • We are hiring an Outbound Sales Team Manager for a Washington-based home renovation company.
  • Location: Remote (LATAM)
  • Working Hours: U.S. Pacific Time
  • Compensation: $1,800 USD per month. Performance-based bonuses may be available after several months based on results.
  • You have built and managed an outbound sales or appointment-setting team before.
  • You understand how to find quality homeowner data, hire and train remote agents, maintain quality standards, and consistently generate appointments.
  • You know how to keep a remote team motivated, accountable, and performing at a high level.
