Associate role focused on product and business operations in a hyper-growth mental health startup.
Responsibilities
- Operate at the intersection of product-ops and biz-ops to tackle the highest priority projects within the company
- Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
- Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do
- 2+ years of professional working experience outperforming in high-quality environments, such as investment banking, management consulting, public tech company or venture backed startup, or similar
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week
